The BIGGEST Lie Holding You Back From True Confidence

How many times have you believed that you’ll have more confidence once you lose weight, or have a certain something?

It’s pretty common for ambitious busy women like us to prolong our confidence and empowerment because we’re waiting for something else before we’re capable of feeling this way.

Too many women believe that confidence is something they’ll earn once they hit a certain number on the scale, or once they achieve something.

That once they’re leaner, smaller, toned, “more” aesthetic, lost weight, or built muscle they’ll feel good in their skin.

But the fact is…

Confidence doesn’t come from weight loss or waiting until you’ve achieved a milestone.

It comes from taking ownership of your body and life.

Losing weight or doing “X” won’t magically make you feel more confident.

Weight loss is NOT a guarantee for confidence.

Because the truth is… confidence is a state of mind.

👉 If confidence came solely from reaching milestones or losing weight, every woman who achieved her weight loss goals would feel confident—but that’s often not the case.

👉 If weight loss were truly the secret to feeling proud of your body and loving yourself, why do so many women who’ve shed pounds still struggle to feel that pride?

👉 If your confidence was tied to your weight, wouldn’t that mean it would fluctuate daily as your weight naturally changes?

I say all this out of love because I’m showing you that confidence comes from taking certain actions every day that reinforce your strength, capability, and ability to live life how you want.

True Confidence Comes From…

💥 Engaging in movement that empowers you and makes you feel strong and capable—whether it’s through bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, or other forms of strength training.

💥 Setting goals beyond aesthetics and looking a certain way, but focusing on how you feel, having more energy, or building capability

💥 Proving to yourself that you have the ability to create a fulfilling life—one where you thrive in your family life and excel in your career.

… All while achieving your fitness goals and looking just as amazing as you feel.

I’m such a huge advocate of helping the women I work with focus on more than just weight loss. Yes, it’s important but should it be your priority?

NO!

Your focus should be on empowerment to feel strong, confident, and in control of your body and life where your career pursuits and family responsibilities feel effortless BECAUSE of how you’re approaching fitness.
