As a busy, ambitious woman who is juggling a career and family responsibilities, the fitness norm shouldn’t apply to us because it wasn’t designed for us.
The reason why the generic fitness advice doesn’t apply to women like us is that:

❌ It makes us choose between one area of our life for the other, because “juggling it all is impossible”
❌ It makes us feel guilty when it forces us to make sacrifices
