Access: Gain instant access to your first training plan, which includes unlimited access to Strong Series IGNITE live virtual and on-demand workouts, as well as our exclusive Strong Squad Community.


Progressive Training Plan: Your web-based training plan is designed to progress over time. It includes two POWER Strong Full-body Workouts and is complemented by our Strong Series IGNITE workouts, cardio, and active recovery sessions. These workouts can be done independently, giving you the flexibility to fit them into your busy schedule. Over a span of 4 weeks, you'll have 6 days of diverse workouts. Here's an example of a typical week:


  • Monday: IGNITE Tabata Strong45 Live or On Demand Workouts

  • Tuesday: Power Strong: Full Body Strength Workout 1

  • Wednesday: Cardio, IGNITE on demand workout or Active Recovery

  • Thursday: Power Strong: Full Body Strength Workout 2

  • Friday: IGNITE On Demand Workout

  • Saturday: Cardio or IGNITE on demand workout

  • Sunday: Rest/Recovery Day


Coaching Support: Stay connected with your fitness coach on a monthly basis via Zoom. You'll receive email feedback to help you track your progress and valuable tips to accelerate your journey towards your goals.


New Training Plans: Every month, you'll receive a new progressive training plan. Any modifications to the plan should be implemented based on guidance from your fitness coach. Here are the goals for the first 3 months of workouts:


  • Month 1 - Building the Foundation: Focus on developing a solid foundation of fitness, emphasizing correct form and technique.

  • Month 2 - Building Momentum: Build upon the foundation established in month one and maintain the momentum you've gained.
