ABOUT
DEB GOODGE
IDG FITNESS FOUNDER AND TRAINER
Hi, I’m Deb Goodge, founder of IDG Fitness and a passionate fitness coach with over 30 years of experience. Helping women over 40 build strength, energy, and confidence has become my life’s work, and I truly believe fitness should be empowering, accessible, and transformative.
As a mom of three and someone who’s juggled the demands of a career in corporate marketing and sales, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while managing a busy life. For years, I thought putting myself last was the only way to fulfill my family and career obligations. But I learned that taking care of my wellness didn’t just improve my health—it made me stronger, more capable, and more present in every area of my life.
That realization led me to create fitness programs designed specifically for busy women like you, who want to feel proud, confident, and energized—not just in how you look, but in how you live. My approach isn’t about quick fixes or cookie-cutter plans. It’s about creating lasting habits that help you thrive in your career, your family life, and beyond.
I’ve completed marathons, conquered countless races, and transformed my own health, but my biggest accomplishment has been helping women like you achieve the results they deserve.
Whether through my REVIVE Method—a 12-week program tailored to help you build strength and energy—or my IGNITE live and on-demand workouts, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Together, we’ll build a body you love, one that feels strong, capable, and full of energy. Let’s create a healthier, happier, and stronger you—because you deserve nothing less.
